Third Eye Chronicles Show Notes Your Higher Self

Your Higher Self is your spirit soul; it’s your direct connection to the divine/God/the universe. Every since the bubble has burst, people have been in a fear base state. The ego is running peoples lives. They are scared and paralyzed in fear and in disbelief of what is happening. During these crazy times in order to move forward we have to connect with our higher selves in order to hear, see and feel our way out of these difficult times, Here are some tips for connecting to, using and making the most of your higher self.
ﺽ Yeah, buts Whether you believe it or not your higher self is always there to help. For a week just this. Catch yourself wondering about your problems and than an idea comes in and right after you think “yeah but”. When you catch yourself saying yeah, but, ask your self another question like “ok, how could I do that?”. Watch your higher self at work. You will get an answer. The answer may pop into your head; you may see it standing right in front of you. Or it could be as simple as turning or the T.V, and there’s the answer. If you get another yeah, but, that ego next step is actually doing it.
ﺽ Name your higher self. Have a combo with your higher self. My higher self’s name is Jupiter because she expands my life.

ﺽ Mediation is good all round. Sit in silents, ground and protect yourself, now imagine a lighter version of yourself. You are set in a coffee shop, or park talking about things. Ask your higher self a question about your issues. You may want to journal it.

ﺽ Reprogram your Subconscious mind. Say to yourself “I instruct my subconscious mind to only follow my higher self in spite of what my mind says.” Or create your own.

ﺽ Create a mantra “My Higher Self Rules” or “Subconsics my higher self is boss” Stuck struggling with an issue or question, just say “Higher Self (or the name you give it) take over.”

ﺽTo connect and see a person higher self
Be more interested I in the person than in how you appear to them. They will return the favor and be interested in you.
Observe and Learn
Connecting with your higher self helps you see pass appearances and connect on a deeper level.
Connecting with your higher self also helps develop your clairvoyance.
