Building My Jin Dan (Golden Light Ball)
So I want to write this blog to the world to let everyone
know of at less one experience of forming a Jin Dan. Its not a uniform
experience, but my experience and to inform everyone that yes is possible and
you can do this to.
So what is a Jin Dan? It’s a golden light ball that seats in
the middle of your lower abdomen.
I mentioned in a previous posts it takes 100 days of
practice to build and form your Jin Dan.
How do you build and form your Jin Dan by appling the 4
power technique of Soul Power, Sound Power, Mind Body and Body Power. The book
comes with a cd with a track of Master Sha chanting Jin Dan Da Dao Xiu Lian.
What can you do once you have completely built you Jin Dan?
Master Sha teaches the Jin Dan is a most power treasure. To create one is a
blessing in itself.
I set here now in my room writing this post chanting along
with the track Jin Dan Da Dao Xiu Lian.
As I chant I see in my mind’s eye a bright Golden Lightball
vibrating, shinning and spinning in the middle of my abdomen, The light is so
bright it lights up my whole body. Skin to bone and head to toe.
I feel the heat in my genital area. The Light is so bright
that is surrounds me in a bubble of golden light that goes like an arm length
out. I can make it extend farther like the size of the room. I know I could go
bigger. Wow I am thinking in my mind to myself.
As I chant saliva is building up in my month. I swallow.
Master Sha teaches, this is the Jade liquid coming down from heaven and coming
up from mother earth. Once you swallow it goes down to your abdomen to build
your Jin Dan.
